National Pizza Day is almost here!
FEBRUARY 9TH IS NATIONAL PIZZA DAY AND IT’S JUST A FEW WEEKS AWAY. NOW IS THE TIME TO MAKE ANY LAST-MINUTE PLANS FOR PIZZA PROMOTIONS TO PICK UP IMPULSE PURCHASES. A TAKE AND BAKE PIZZA STATION LETS CUSTOMERS BRING HOME WHAT THEY NEED FOR A FUN NIGHT OF PIZZA MAKING.
Every region of the U.S. has its favorite pizza and many are known for their specialties such as the Chicago Deep Dish and the Classic New York Pizza. Wenner Bakery’s authentic New York recipe gives you the opportunity to duplicate some of that great New York flavor and tradition in your restaurant or even in your own home. Our retail packaged Pizza Dough comes in two options, a traditional pizza dough (#6267) and a Wheat Pizza Dough (#6295) in clean label formulations. Our wheat pizza dough has 8 grams of whole grain per serving. It’s the perfect way to add additional whole grain to your diet. These conveniently packaged 16 oz. pizza doughs are ready for placing together with traditional pizza ingredients to create a take-home meal station where customers can customize the ingredients and toppings they want.
We offer a traditional bulk pack pizza dough for our restaurant customers too, in sizes ranging from 4 oz. for smaller personal-sized pizzas up to our largest 26 oz. pizza dough. These dough balls are ready to thaw in the cooler overnight and can be pulled out to use as needed. The convenience of frozen dough balls lets you avoid the measuring and mixing and you’ll be able to keep a rotation of dough balls ready to respond to customer demand.
