Europastry’s success at ALIMENTARIA 06

Last March Barcelona became the world foods
capital hosting the 16th edition of the Alimentaria
Show. Europastry
did not want to miss the chance to be there to present
its two new projects:
Frifood and Yaya
María for the frozen products line. Frifood
is an innovative idea designed to make day-to-day
life much easier for hotel and catering professionals.
They are carefully selected 5th generation dishes,
deep-frozen and vacuum packed, offering the possibility
of serving the finest dishes of Spanish gastronomy,
always freshly prepared, with just 3 minutes in the
microwave.
The Frifood range was definitely one of the
revelations in the Restaurama sector, where the Europastry
stand was situated. Hundreds of visitors could sample
the variety of more than 40 dishes that Frifood is
offering to hotel and catering professionals, along
with live demonstrations by our chef.
Meanwhile, Alimentaria also saw Europastry’s
launch of the Yaya
María range - a frozen line offering the
softest dots and the freshest, crustiest bread
anywhere, anytime, in just a few minutes.
Yaya
María was also present at Innoval, an event
that recognises progress and innovation in the food
and drink sector. Those in attendance were able to
sample our dots, with more than 6,000 distributed,
and they were definitely the most highly-praised product
at the event.
