EUROPASTRY: 30 million in 2 warehouses

Europastry,
the frozen dough manufacturer, is building two automatic
warehouses in the towns of Rubi (Barcelona) and Vallmoll
(Tarragona), where the company will centralize its
logistics. the budget is 30 million euro. The Rubi
centre, which will begin operating in June 2008, has
a capacity of 10.000 pallets. the centre at Vallmoll
has a capacity of 20.000 pallets.
Europastry intends to win more control over its logistics
and to reduce costs, as it moves a daily volume of
750 tonnes.
The firm foresees a turnover of 350 million euro
for the present year, 10% more than in 2007.
