The Grand Award for Innovation 2009 recognizes Europastry’s
achievements after years of research.

This is the
only nation-wide competition in which consumers choose
the most innovative products, in 46 categories. With
this aim, an independent consulting agency surveys
some 10.000 people which, with their vote, choose
their most satisfying products.
Europastry
launched this product in January’08, with great
success, and the bread Gran Reserva is born with a
definite goal: regain the flavours and textures of
yesteryear.
The range of breads “Gran Reserva” is
made according to the traditional method of triple
fermentation, with mother yeast sponge, such as was
made more than 60 years ago, but using innovative
techniques, results of Europastry’s
research.
With this launching, the leading frozen dough company
makes a step forward towards state-of-the-art breads.
The main features of Pan Gran Reserva are its rustic
looks, its golden crust sprinkled with flour, with
a bubbly and moist crumb, and a sweet flavour of wheat.
