Sabor del Año (Taste of the Year) is an award granted by Global Quality Iberia, an independent company whose mission is to specialise in validation procedures for products made for consumers and professionals.
Europastry, a leading company in the frozen bakery dough sector, was awarded two Sabor de Año 2020 prizes in Portugal, thanks to the high quality and the unique and differential taste of two of its products: Glazed Dots and Vegetable Lattice.
Glazed Dots (65511), a product aimed at a young, energetic and cosmopolitan public, was tested and approved by consumers as a quality bakery proposal.
This ring-shaped product, with a soft and spongy dough and covered by a thin layer of sugar, excels due to its carefully selected ingredients and its production process that is free of partially hydrogenated fats. By placing differential products on the market, Europastry demonstrates how committed it is to consumers.
On the other hand, consumers also approved the Vegetable Lattice (64980), on account of its extraordinary taste and the balanced combination between its puff pastry and its exquisite vegetable and cheese filling.
