Europastry enters the home delivery channel through Glovo
The company is now offering the end consumer such outstanding products as its Saint Honoré Crystal Bread, Crystal Burger Buns and packs of Dots.
Europastry, the market leader in the frozen bakery dough sector, has entered the home delivery channel through the Spanish startup Glovo, the aim being to bring its products closer to the end consumer.
Glovo's customers can now purchase emblematic Europastry references such as its Glazed Dots and its Dark Dots packs, its Saint Honoré Crystal Bread and its Crystal Burger Buns, all at really competitive prices.
These products are known for their high quality and their practicality - Saint Honoré Crystal Bread, for example, is a 100% natural bread, baked in a stone-floored oven following traditional baking processes. This bread comes pre-cut and packaged, so all the consumer has to do is drop it straight into their toaster or, if they prefer, they can also freeze it until they need it.
Customers who buy these products will be able to receive them in just 15 minutes, thanks to the network of dark stores that Glovo has recently set up. These are retail facilities that are not open to the public and from where they distribute products for their "Supermarket” and "Supermarket Express" services.
The alliance between Europastry and Glovo has started in Barcelona and the bakery’s products will also be available to Glovo users in Madrid in the very near future. Europastry’s short-term objective is to also collaborate with Glovo at the international level, in the other countries in which the startup is active.
In addition to Glovo, Europastry has also strengthened its presence in different online sales platforms such as Ulabox, Foodinthebox and Amazon, in order to make it easier for the end consumer to access its products and to be able to establish relevant sales targets.
