Europastry continues adapting to market trends that demonstrate an increasing demand for take-away and on-the-go food products that can be eaten quickly and conveniently. Europastry has also introduced its new precooked pastry products that are ready to be defrosted and served to the client without any additional preparation.
New and traditional American cookies
Europastry is the only company in all of Spain to produce frozen biscuits and has expanded the range of these products with three different American cookies for the Horeca channel. Prepared using the traditional recipe, these new varieties include some truly surprising sweet ingredients in their dough: Orange Cookie features dough with extra cocoa as well as chocolate chips and bits of orange-flavoured candy; White Cookie includes pieces of chocolate; and Caramel Cookie is a very unique biscuit, thanks to its squares of toffee. The result is three biscuits that last up to three days and that have an improved balance between texture and aroma.
The leading company in the market of frozen doughs has also launched its version of the Big Tulipe Sweet, an authentic muffin dough with bits of hazelnut and filled with a generous helping of soft hazelnut cream. Decorated with a white coating accompanied by small chocolate flakes, the final result is delicate and at the same time surprising because of its extra-large size.
