Europastry’s new Cakes add sophistication and finesse to its sweet bakery selection
Yoghurt and Forest Fruits Cake, Lemon Yoghurt Cake and Carrot Cake are the three flavours of these delicious new additions.
Europastry, a leading baked goods company in the frozen dough sector, presents three delicious Cakes for this spring-summer season, which stand out due to their homemade appearance, tempting flavours and practicality.
The Yoghurt and Forest Fruits Cake has yoghurt sponge, filled with a mixture of cream and yoghurt, and covered with redcurrants and blackcurrants, whole raspberries and forest fruits jelly. The Lemon Yoghurt Cake also has yoghurt sponge cake, with lemon-flavoured cream filling and topping and a special touch of lemon curd. And lastly, the Carrot Cake has a carrot sponge base, with a mixture of cream and cheese cream as the filling and coating, and a hazelnut, salted caramel and biscuit crumb topping.
These round cakes come pre-cut into 16 portions, making them more profitable and more practical to serve. They are also very versatile products, as they can be served in different combinations: they are ideal as a dessert, to accompany sparkling wines or liqueurs, as well as for offering with coffee, tea or infusions.
