ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001
Our plant in Rubí has the ISO 14001 certification for environmental management systems. Furthermore, it also has the certification in health and occupational safety, OHSAS 18001.
Our pastry production lines Viennoiserie Caprice and Sélection d’Or have Kosher certifications.
Most of our Dots, BerliDots and Muffins products have Halal certificates, as well as the confectionery production lines: Viennoiserie Caprice and Sélection d’Or.
Environmental care and labour risks prevention certificates
Our Environment and Labour Risks Department is responsible for managing and complying with all legal requirements in terms of waste management, environmental controls, identification and assessment of legal compliance.
Microbiology lab with ISO 17025 certification
Our internal microbiology laboratory has been certified under ISO 17025 by the National Accreditation Entity (ENAC). The laboratory runs daily analyses of our products to guarantee the health of all our consumers.
Our three US plants have the SQF certification that guarantees the safety and food quality of our products.
