After months of hard work, 2021 has got off to a strong start at Europastry thanks to the new products we are launching on the market. Made with high quality ingredients, these are innovative and highly practical products that can be put on sale quickly and easily by our customers, thereby guaranteeing the best possible consumer experience.
This season we have expanded our family of Dots with products that will win you over with their sophisticated flavours, such as our Salty Caramel and Blueberry Prime Dots, the new Chocolate DuetDots with four shots of cocoa and four more of hazelnut cream, or the new cream, chocolate od double chocolate Filled PopDots.
Also worthy of mention are the four new varieties of our Caprice Multicereal Croissants, made with cereals and butter in the dough and based on our best-selling Caprice Multicereal Croissants. They are distinguished by their seeded toppings and their generous and selected fillings: chocolate, turkey & cheese, spinach & cheese, and egg & bacon.
Finally, we are proud to present the new Løven range of Danish pastries, inspired by traditional Scandinavian recipes. Not only does this new family feature four unique specialities made with wheat sourdough, a high egg content, premium margarine and delicious fillings, but they are also ready to bake.
As regards bread, we have renewed our commitment to our Cristallino range with the new Gouda Crystal Ciabatta, which stands out for its crystal crust au gratin with Gouda cheese. This variety boasts all Cristallino’s unique characteristics: high hydration and a preparation based on sourdough, water, flour and olive oil.
Last but not least, we have launched a new range of Argentinian empanadillas with lots of character, our Empanadillas Porteñas. Four tasty varieties made with a thin, crispy and flaky dough, with an abundant filling made with top-quality ingredients such as spicy beef, shredded beef, spinach and mozzarella, and pastrami. All of them follow an artisan process and are sealed by hand and branded with two letters to differentiate their flavours.
