Domenico Cioffi

Baking has been my career choice since 1980. Prior to my 20+ years at Europastry/Wenner I learned the craft of baking in NY City based scratch bakeries then managing bakeries at a large Supermarket. Those stops in my journey provided the technical skills in pastries and dough’s segments paying forward to current and future clients. I truly enjoy showcasing our offerings outstanding quality, consistency, and versatility. My role continues after the sale, where I share my expertise with their Bakers ensuring success for everyone.

Stewart Haug

Three years’ experience in Research and Development for Wenner Bakery, and I currently have the honor of doing training, supporting our sales team and our customers at Europastry, in which I take great pride.

Gary Padalino

Gary began his career baking bread back when he was a high school student working for his family's bakery in Staten Island, NY. After college he continued his passion baking when he joined the Europastry family in 2015 as a Bakery Technician. it is here where he we were able to share his passion with others by training and developing them for retailers. His 5 years working with Europastry has been an honor and he looks forward to continuing sharing his love for baking for many more years to come.

Timothy Karry

I started in the bakery business in 1968. There was a retail bakery across the alley from our house. I hung out there until I was old enough to start working. I worked there through high school, then worked in several retail shops until 1982. My wife was pregnant, so I went to a grocery store bakery for the benefits. I was a bakery manager for several years when frozen dough became popular and I became a bread technician and started training bakers on the uses of frozen doughs. I came to Europastry in 2012 and train the bakers in Ingles Markets. I love what I do because it is very rewarding to see people learning to bake beautiful Breads and Rolls and taking pride in what they just made. I hope to do this until I retire.

Roxanne Johnson

Most of my working career involves the retail supermarket industry. I started at a Chicago Supermarket as a bakery/deli clerk, leading to the role of Bakery Buyer. My passion for Baking continued with a degree from The American Institute of Baking. I used my education to become an independent bakery service technician. While servicing a customer's grand opening I met Frank Garlick. Soon afterwards he welcomed me into the renowned Europastry family. That is a number of years ago, with limitless experiences teaching hands on production and merchandising. Representing our wide range of delicious, authentic, and high quality bakery products provides me with the shoppers gratification and pride. And the very best part is.....baking and teaching. Nothing makes me happier!
